Keep makeup natrual and neutral. Shimmery eyeshadows or lipsticks reflect light in unflattering ways in a photograph. Choose matte eyeshadows in browns or soft pinks. They add color to your face, but still look natural. Add a thin line of black or brown eyeshadow to lash line and a little extra mascara to make your eyes look bigger and more open.

All of our portraits are retouched, so don’t worry about blemishes, scratches, or scars. We also soften wrinkles and lighten under eye circles if needed, so keep foundations, concealers, and other covering products light so that your skin can breathe and look fresh for your photos.
